Al Madina Real Estate is the first Omani SAOC real estate developer. Established on 28th June 2005 with a registered capital of R.O 50.000.000 and paid up capital of R.O 20.000.000, the company is currently working on developing a number of real estate projects in the Sultanate.

The company aims at effective participation in construction & development to achieve sustained development goals in both human resources & economics in the Sultanate and other countries in the region
